Betrayal Trauma Group

This betrayal trauma group is designed for individuals who have experienced relational betrayal, including infidelity, secrecy, or compulsive sexual behaviors within their partnership. The group provides a structured and supportive environment that integrates psychoeducation, emotional processing, and experiential interventions.

Participants will work toward understanding the impact of betrayal trauma, reducing symptoms such as anxiety and hypervigilance, and rebuilding a sense of safety within themselves. The group also emphasizes the development of healthy boundaries, self-trust, and emotional regulation skills. Through shared experiences and guided support, members will gain validation, insight, and empowerment as they move toward healing and restoration.
